A modulator that uses MPE messages to create modulation.
This is a polyphonic, timevariant modulator that is able to process MIDI messages according to the MPE standard and use it as modulation.
Using MPE in HISE is a special topic as it is controllable via a global state whether it should be enabled or not, also the MPE modulators can be individually configured using a dedicated floating tile which allows you to give the end user the ability to tweak the behaviour of the sound.
