A EnvelopeModulator is a base class for all envelope-type modulators.
It is basically a TimeVariantModulator with two additional features:
- Polyphony - multiple states are allowed. See ModulatorStates for more information.
- Release Trail - prevent note from stopping until the release phase is finished.
